Streamlined the onboarding experience for CapitaLand’s B2B merchant platform by redesigning login, registration, and multi-step forms to reduce confusion, improve progress clarity, and align with the brand’s design system.
Project Background
CapitaLand’s merchant platform enables third-party business partners to register and manage commercial services. However, the onboarding process was overly fragmented, lacked visual clarity, and did not reflect the brand’s professionalism. Non-technical users often dropped off during registration or were unsure about the next steps.
Project Goal
Redesign the entire onboarding journey for merchants to make the experience more accessible, guided, and aligned with CapitaLand’s brand tone.
